Dads behind bars: teaching prisoners to put their kids before crime

Britain’s biggest prison, HMP Parc, runs a ground-breaking reform programme reinforcing inmates’ links with their children to prevent re-offending.  The man who runs it says he’s trying to “turn on the empathy valve”, and it seems it might be working. Channel 4 News has been given unprecedented access.
