Invisible Walls help families, children and loved ones through the challenges that come with imprisonment. We believe that strong relationships and supportive connections can make a real difference in people’s lives, helping families stay connected, build resilience and feel understood throughout their journey together.
Our Culture
Our culture is rooted in compassion, trust and collaboration, creating a safe, trauma-informed environment where families and staff are respected, voices are heard, and people are empowered to thrive.

What is a Community Interest Company?
A Community Interest Company (CIC) is a non-charitable limited company that is set up primarily for the benefit of the community. This type of company was set up by the UK Government in 2005 under the Companies Act 2004 and is designed for social enterprises where there is a wish to use their profits and assets for the public good, and social value.
Community Interest Companies are regulated by HM Government’s CIC Regulator and governed by a Board of Directors. The Invisible Walls Community Interest Company is supported by a number of sponsors, we can receive donations and apply for grants from various sources – all of which will enable us to better support our families and expand the service in new ways.
As a Community Interest Company, we welcome discussions from interested individuals or organisations who may want to become involved in supporting our endeavours, through corporate sponsorship and philanthropy as well as a host of other social value funding opportunities.
