Senior Leadership Team

Corin Morgan-Armstrong
DIRECTOR
Educated at Bath and Cardiff University, (BA Hons & MSc. Econ – Criminology & Criminal Justice) Corin has worked within the field of rehabilitation and resettlement for the last 29 years, starting as a prison officer at HMP Parc in 1997. During the last 20 years, Corin has designed and implemented a specific model that has at its heart the engagement of people in prison with their children and families, for the purposes of rehabilitation, derailing intergenerational crime, and re-building community inclusion.
Corin established the prison Family Interventions Unit in 2010 at HMP Parc (the first of its kind in the UK), and has worked with corrections in the UK and across five continents to achieve replication of the family model. Corin also designed and established the Invisible Walls Wales service, initially lottery funded in 2011 and incorporated as a not for profit Community Interest Company in May 2023. Outside of work, Corin values spending time with his family, going to the theatre, and has been training in Taekwondo since 1985.

Ryan Wood
SENIOR MANAGER (BUSINESS SUPPORT)
Ryan began his career at HMP Parc in 2001 when he joined as an Administrator in the Activities Department. He has gained vast experience in a number of roles and departments and, more recently, he was the Business Support Officer for the Community Contracts Business Unit of G4S in Wales.
In January 2022, he took the leap and applied for the role of Business Support Manager with Invisible Walls and has never looked back. He’s relishing the opportunity to learn every day in an area of work about which he is passionate.
Outside the day job, Ryan is a freelance musician, specialising in conducting choirs and accompanying soloists.

Hayley Morris
SENIOR OPERATIONAL MANAGER
Hayley has officially joined our team at IWCIC as the Senior Operational Manager for Wales! Hayley brings with her a wealth of experience, having started her career in Parc back in 2007. For over 14 years, she has worked closely with Corin on the Invisible Walls family support model, where her passion for breaking the cycle of inter-generational crime through a "whole family" approach has truly shone.
Her extensive background in criminal justice, combined with her strategic leadership skills, makes her an invaluable addition to our mission of building better futures for families. Hayley's leadership style is particularly noteworthy; she focuses on fostering growth and potential within her team, as well as supporting prisoners and their families. Her efforts to help these individuals reconnect with their communities and improve their family relationships have resulted in a Butler Trust Award and the HMPPS Changing Lives Award.
Hayley adores her two dogs and in her spare time she enjoys taking them for walks around the beautiful South Wales coast and above this, Hayley loves spending time with her two granddaughters.

Gemma Williamson
SENIOR OPERATIONAL MANAGER
Gemma earned a degree in Psychology and Health Sciences from Bristol, University of the West of England and has used what she learned during that time throughout her 25 year career in working with vulnerable children in families.
Gemma has worked with children and young people in schools in a variety of roles, including mentoring and careers advice. She has also worked for a number of different charities, the most recent being a charity supporting young people with issues around sexual health, wellbeing and healthy relationships. For the last 6 years Gemma has worked in prisoner family services, the last three of those for Invisible Walls.
In her spare time Gemma enjoys reading, spending time with her family and friends, watching her daughter play football and walking (and cuddling) her beloved greyhound, Finn.
